Research on the quality of mathematics problems used in the pilot test of elementary school in Bruno District to know: 1) Problem level of problem; 2) Differentiating power of questions; and 3) Effectivity distractors. This study is a quantitative analysis of multiple choice items that include difficulty level analysis, differential power analysis, and distractor analysis. The subject of this research is 20 students of class VI in SD Negeri Rowopanjang, Bruno District Lesson Year 2016/2017. Problems and results of student work in the form of documents into research data taken on February 14, 2017. Analysis of the level of difficulty, differentiation, and effectiveness distraktor done with the help of Software Item and Test Analysis (ITEMAN). The results showed: 1) Problem level of problems with difficult categories 2.5%, moderate 67.5%, easy 30%; 2) Items that have a distinguishing power of either 42.5%, moderate 35%, less 22.5%; 3) The choice of answers distractor, all the items that all pengoh effective 52.5%, only two effective effectiveness 42.5%, and only one effective 5% specification, while the problem with the ineffective pengoh not at all, in research this is not found.
