UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEAKTIFAN DAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA MELALUI MODELPEMBELAJARAN TIPE STAD

The purpose of this research was to increase being active and result in learning mathematics throughlearning modelStudent Teams Achievement Division of students class VIIIH SMP Negeri 2 Sewon. The type of this research was a Classroom Action Research(CAR), accumulate data by observation technique, test and documentation. The subject of this research were the students class VIII H SMP Negeri 2 Sewon in years 2016/ 2017. It consists of 27 students. The object of this research were students’ being active and result in learning mathematics through cooperative learning model type Student Teams Achievement Division. The result of the study shows that after applying this learning model, students’ being active and result has an increase. Students’ being active has an increase in cycle I from 57,41% become 79,17% in cycle II by the observation sheet. Beside that, the subjection mean of student learning result has an increase. In pre-action shows 61,93 with Minumum Completeness Criteria is 29,63% consist of 8 students, in cycle I has an increase become 74,72 with Minumum Completeness Criteria is 59,26% consist of 16 students, whereas in cycle II shows the increse become 84,29 with Minumum Completeness Criteria is 81,48% consist of 22 students.
