PENERAPAN AJARAN TAMANSISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA UNTUK MEMBANGUN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP SISWA

There are still many problems in the world of education in Indonesia. One of the education problems in Indonesia is poor ability in understanding a concept. Several factors affect the low understanding of concepts in mathematics, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are factors originating from within the students, while external factors are factors that come from outside such as environmental conditions of social and non-social as well as ways of learning. The essence of mathematics learning that the ability of understanding the concept. Of the various problems it would apply the teachings of Tamansiswa, Ki Hadjar Dewantara teachings in mathematics, by applying the concept of 3N (Niteni, Nirokke, Nambahi). The purpose of this paper is 1) to apply the concept of  3N (Niteni, Nitrokke, nambahi) to build students' understanding of mathematics learning concept. So at this writing, alleged that the application of the doctrine the Tamansiswa’s concept is 3 N (Niteni, Nirokke, Nambahi) will build conceptual understanding in mathematics.
