PENINGKATAN KESEJAHTERAAN KELUARGA INDUSTRI KECIL KUE CUCUR DI DESA GIRICAHYO KECAMATAN PANGGANG KABUPATEN GUNUNGKIDUL YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
ass="Apple-interchange-newline"> The objectives of this research are to
know: (1) the information of the income of the
small industry “kue cucur”, and (2) the growth
of the “kue cucur” home industry in Giricahyo
Village. The research used the qualitative approach. The subjects of the research are the
residents of Giricahyo Village who run the
small industry “kue cucur”. They are the producers, seller, neighbors of the “kue cucur”
producers and public figure. The research was
conducted in January 2016 to March 2016. The
data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentations. The data were
validated using sources triangulation with 3
supporting informants. The data analyses used
were data collecting, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.The results of the
research are as follows: (1) the effects of the
production of “kue cucur” in Giricahyo Village
is positive to the social and economy sectors. In
the social sector, the production of “kue cucur” creates a new job vacancy and the society
can own new skills in the industrial field and
can socialize with the other societies, prioritize
the cooperation and do not cause the environmental pollution; (2) the growth of “kue cucur”
small industry in Giricahyo village is the
changing of workers, production process, and
quality of “kue cucur” and until now the industry is still run by almost all heads of the family
in Giricahyo Village.
