PENGARUH HASIL BELAJAR PRATEK INDUSTRI TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA SMK

Abstract


The research aims to analyze the
influence of learning outcomes of industry
practice on students' readiness. This type of
research is ex-post facto. Methods of data
collection using questionnaires and
documentation. Data analysis technique using
descriptive analysis and hypothesis test using
Product Moment correlation preceded
prerequisite analysis test, that is the test of
normality and linearity. The research
population is all students of class XII of
Department of Clothing, Light Vehicle
Technique and Motorcycle Technique which
has conducted industrial practice at SMK
Negeri 8 Purworejo. Sampling technique
using proportional random sampling were 93
students. The results showed that there was a
positive and significant effect on industrial
practice learning outcomes on job readiness,
with a contribution of 28.9%. The contribution
is relatively small because students have not
been able to utilize the cognitive, affective,
and psychomotor abilities gained in schools to
prepare themselves in the real world of work.
Most only follow the practice of industry as
the task of the school that must be
implemented without trying to improve
knowledge and skill
