ANALISIS FAKTOR DETERMINAN PENAMPILAN BERBUSANA MAHASISWI ASRAMA DI YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the
determinants of the appearance of dressing
in the West Kalimantan Dormitory (Dara
Djuanti). This research is a kind of
quantitative descriptive research, using
questionnaire and documentation. Data
analysis technique using descriptive analysis
with saturated sample technique. Validity test
and instrument reliability using product
moment and Reliability test using Alpha
Cronbach formula. The results showed that
the determinants of dress appearance
according to most respondents in the
category high enough with a relative
frequency of 50%. The determinant factor of
dress appearance consists of internal factors
and external factors with the explanation as
follows. (1) Internal factors of dress
appearance consisting of personality, body
shape, age, and knowledge of most students
of West Kalimantan Dormitory (Dara
Djuanti) included in category enough with
frequency 47,5%. (2) External factors of
dress appearance consisting of community
environment, association and information
media most of the female students in enough
category with frequency 87,5%
