4- Last 2 months of your most recent bank statements, ALL pages for ALL accounts

5- Copy of your DL (both sides)

6- Copy of your SS card

7- Copy of your Military ID (both sides)

8- PCS order to Texas

9- Current S.O.S. (Statement of Service)

10- VA form C.O.E. (Certificate of Eligibility)
